I have a story to tell and I want to tell it to you.
The Longest Anecdote Ever Told is not a true story about a mute man named Verbal Thompson who travels across the country with his blind grandfather and his blind grandfather’s best friend; an old Japanese man who is definitely not Chinese. On their trip across the country they meet many interesting and idiosyncratic people, and they learn a lot of things about each other and themselves.
The select few that have read the finished parts of the book have described it as a dark comedy with a twisted mind and a big heart. I’m not exactly sure what that means, but I think the book is humorous and I hope you will too.
We are publishing a book that is coming out in November. The name of the book is “The Longest Anecdote Ever Told.” We are using Kickstarter to generate the funds needed to get this book into the hands of the masses. We will give you an update when the project is up and running on Kickstarter. Keep an eye out.
